"Go to Bed, Tyler!" is an episode of Pinky Dinky Doo from Season 1. It aired on May 22, 2006. Characters Present[]Synopsis[]"Tyler gets help from a Magic Genie Pig because Tyler has to go to sleep." Summary[]Mommy tells Tyler that it’s time for bed, but Tyler, who’s downstairs eating popcorn with Pinky and Mr. Guinea Pig says that bedtimes are unfair and doesn't wanna go to sleep. This gives Pinky a bedtime story idea. So Pinky, Tyler, and Mr. Guinea Pig head upstairs to the Story Box. The story begins in a similar fashion, Mommy tells Pinky and Tyler that it’s bedtime, but Tyler wants to stay up and have fun playing with Pinky and her new Taj Mahal dollhouse. As he climbs up the top of the bunk bed and turns out the light, he wishes that he didn't have to go to bed. Suddenly, Mr. Guinea Pig comes out of the lamp dressed up as a genie, more specifically, a junior genie in training. Tyler is amazed that genies are in that lamp, but Mr. Guinea Pig answers that only training genies live in those lamps, and because it is so tight and small he can't get enough sleep, resulting in him bungling up his wishes. Nevertheless, Tyler wishes that he never had to go to sleep, so Mr. Guinea Pig makes his bed disappear, although he bungles the wish as Tyler just wanted to not go to sleep, not get rid of the bed. However, he makes the bunk bed reappear. Tyler still wishes he never has to go to sleep, so Mr. Guinea Pig makes Mommy come up and tell him that he never has to go to sleep again. Tyler's second wish, is that he wants to see what's going on in the middle of the night while he is usually sleeping. Mr. Guinea Pig makes a pillow levitate as he can't make flying carpets yet, then the two go soaring in the starry sky. They fly to the zoo where the animals are having a party, and past the park where fireworks are blowing. Tyler's final wish is that he wish Pinky were here too, so the carpet goes back to the room where Pinky is sound asleep. The sight of her sleeping in bed makes Mr. Guinea Pig fall asleep, but he wakes up after Tyler says it's no fun being the only one up, then they fly to the other side of the world where it is daylight. However, Mr. Guinea Pig falls asleep again on the fly, but Tyler quickly pulls the lever to stop the pillow back at their house. Mr. Guinea Pig is sad because he can’t get any sleep because his lamp is too small and because he’s so sleepy, he always bungle wishes. Tyler thinks big, then tells Mr. Genie that he can live in the Taj Mahal house. Tyler falls asleep on the floor right next to the house, and now that Mr. Guinea Pig could get all the sleep he needed, he could never bungle wishes again.
